Sales & Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to support our business development efforts in the gaming industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow in sales, enjoys research, and has a passion for games.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or Sales Assistant.
• Basic understanding of the full sales cycle — from outreach to deal closing.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry, key players, and game development lifecycle.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• English level B2 or higher (spoken & written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads (game studios, publishers, service providers).
• Prepare outreach lists and gather background info on companies before first contact.
• Qualify prospects and support lead nurturing processes.
• Assist in preparation for conferences and events (including company research and scheduling).
• Collect and summarize info about companies with upcoming meetings.
• Keep CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) up to date.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in the gaming industry (studios, publishers, game services).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Interest in video games and the gaming ecosystem.
• Proactive mindset and readiness to grow in the sales/gamedev direction.
• Team player attitude and ability to collaborate closely with a Business Development Manager.
